Your own assistant
Pair Claude, ChatGPT or Grok with your readings and records
If you already use an AI assistant, pair it with Ringside. With your permission it can read your wearable readings, labs, medications and visit notes, and answer across them.
Step-by-step guides for ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Muse and others
- Copy the connector address.
- Add it as a custom connector in your assistant.
- Sign in to Triangle when it asks.
- Choose what it can read or change, and which profile, then Accept.

- YouWhat did my doctor write at my February visit, and what were my readings that week?
Privacy, plainly. Once connected, what your assistant reads is handled under that assistant’s own privacy policy, which Triangle doesn’t control. Connect only assistants you trust.
Unpair any time. Disconnect in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections, and access stops immediately. The assistant works only with what’s in Triangle; it can’t change anything at a hospital or clinic.
Set up your Ringside profile first. Then pair your assistant whenever you like.
