Ringside Free trial

For Oura, Garmin, Fitbit and Whoop wearers

Years of readings, and none of them next to your labs.

Ringside puts your Oura, Garmin, Fitbit or Whoop readings in the same place as your labs, medicines and visit notes, and Triangle requests those records for you. When your resting heart rate shifts, the lab result and the doctor’s note are right there too.

The gap

Two halves of the same picture

What your device sees

Thousands of readings from your nights and workouts, in an app that knows nothing about your medical history.

What your doctor sees

A blood draw and a short conversation, a few times a year, stored in a portal that has never heard of your ring.

When something changes in your data, the lab result that might put it in context is somewhere else. When a medicine changes, your device has no idea.

What it looks like

Six months, side by side

A runner’s resting heart rate from their watch, two ferritin results from the lab, and the visit where their doctor talked about iron, laid side by side.

About this lab

Ferritin reflects how much iron your body has stored. February’s result was below the lab’s range. May’s was within it.

Ask about your records

What did Dr. Lee say about my iron in February?

At your February 14 visit, Dr. Lee noted a ferritin of 14 and recommended an iron supplement, with a recheck in three months. The May result was 46.

Made-up data for illustration. Seeing two things side by side doesn’t mean one caused the other; that’s a conversation for your doctor.

How it works

Four steps to readings beside your records

  1. Start your trial

Start your 7-day free trial and say who the profile is for. Tell us where you live.

  2. Verify and sign

Confirm your identity and address, sign the consent forms, and book an intake visit with a clinician.

  3. Bring in records and devices

Triangle requests your medical records through the national networks, Carequality and TEFCA. Connect your Oura, Garmin or other device, and upload anything else you have.

  4. See them side by side

Your readings sit next to your records. Follow your labs over time in plain language, and ask questions in a chat that knows your history.

What you get

One place for the numbers and the notes

  • Readings next to records

Sleep, heart rate, activity and other readings from your devices, in the same place as your labs, medicines and visit notes.

  • Your medicines, listed

Medicines from your records, including pharmacy fill data when the records contain it.

  • Routines in plain words

Remind me every Sunday at 9 to log my weight. Delivered in the app and by notification.

  • Your own AI assistant, if you like

Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant that supports MCP. With your permission it can read your records, labs and medications, and you can disconnect it at any time. How to pair one

Your own assistant

Pair Claude, ChatGPT or Grok with your readings and records

If you already use an AI assistant, pair it with Ringside. With your permission it can read your wearable readings, labs, medications and visit notes, and answer across them.

Ask it, for example

  • YouPut my Garmin’s resting heart rate next to my last two ferritin results.
  • YouHow did my sleep and resting heart rate change in the month after my iron supplement started?
  • YouWhat did my doctor write at my February visit, and what were my readings that week?

Privacy, plainly. Once connected, what your assistant reads is handled under that assistant’s own privacy policy, which Triangle doesn’t control. Connect only assistants you trust.

Unpair any time. Disconnect in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections, and access stops immediately. The assistant works only with what’s in Triangle; it can’t change anything at a hospital or clinic.

Questions

The fine print, in plain words

What does it cost?
Ringside starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a card to begin; cancel before day 7 and you’re not charged. After that it’s $9 a month, and you can cancel any month; your records stay yours. Membership covers connecting your devices, Triangle requesting your records and keeping them updated, chat anytime with the assistant that answers from your records, a review of your medical history by a licensed clinician, and uploading anything else you have.
Which devices can I connect?
Oura, Fitbit, Garmin, Whoop, Withings, Polar, Samsung Health, Dexcom and FreeStyle Libre are among them.
What does setup ask of me?
After you start the trial: who the profile is for and where you live, your details, an identity check and your address, who can see the profile, the consent forms, and an intake visit with a clinician. Then connect your devices and upload anything else you have.
Will it get the records from my doctors?
Triangle requests your records through the national health-record networks, Carequality and TEFCA. Not every provider can be reached that way. Triangle shows what may be missing and helps you request it, and you can upload the rest yourself.
Who can see my data?
Only the people you choose. You can share your profile with doctors and family and decide who can see it. Your data is never sold or shared for advertising, and everything is encrypted. Ringside is made by Triangle, so your account is created at trianglehealth.com under Triangle’s privacy policy and terms.
Will Ringside coach me, or diagnose anything?
No. Ringside puts your readings next to your medical records and helps you understand those records; it doesn’t make training plans, sleep programs or coaching. Triangle does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it never replaces your care team. It helps you prepare questions for your doctor.
