What Ringside does
Your devices, connected
Connect Oura, Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop, Withings, Polar, Samsung Health, Dexcom or FreeStyle Libre. Sleep, heart rate, activity and other readings land in the same place as your labs, medicines and visit notes.
Medical records, fetched for you
Triangle does the asking, sending your records requests over Carequality and TEFCA, and keeps your history updated as new records arrive. Anything else you have, you can upload.
Labs as trends, glucose included
Lab results are organized so you can follow each one over time, with a plain-language explanation. If you wear a Dexcom or FreeStyle Libre, daily glucose summaries sit in the same place as your HbA1c results.
Ask about a visit
Ask what your doctor said about your iron in February, and the answer comes from your visit notes. Routines work in plain words too, like a Sunday reminder to log your weight.
What makes Ringside different
Bigger than one device's app
Each device maker's app, Oura's, Garmin's or Fitbit's, centers on readings from its own hardware. Ringside keeps readings from your devices next to the medical records Triangle requests from your doctors.
Labs and notes from many clinics
Your labs, prescriptions and visit notes come from many hospitals and clinics. Ringside brings them together, and uploads fill the gaps.
Pair your own assistant
Once you allow it, Claude, ChatGPT or Grok can read your wearable readings, labs, medications and visit notes through Ringside and answer across them. Unpair it in Triangle whenever you want.
One membership, month to month
Devices and records ride on one membership, which costs $9 a month after the 7-day free trial (card needed). You can end it in any month.

The team behind Ringside
Pasadena, California, is home to Triangle (Triangle Health, Inc.), the company that builds Ringside, and its $4 million pre-seed funding was announced in March 2026. Arun Verma, now its CEO, teamed up with Jonathan Grubb and Justin Balthrop to found it in the wake of Arun's 2023 brain tumor diagnosis. Arun did his research by hand back then; Triangle has made it a service anyone can use, and Ringside brings it to people whose rings and watches already record a great deal.

Frequently asked questions
Who makes Ringside, and what does it bring together?
Ringside puts your wearable readings and your medical records in one place. It comes from Triangle, and your Ringside login is a Triangle account created at trianglehealth.com.
What does a Ringside membership cost?
You begin with a 7-day free trial; a card is required. Then Ringside is $9 a month for records and devices together; cancel any time, and if you do it before day 7 your card won't be charged.
Does Ringside diagnose anything, the way a doctor would?
No. Whatever your readings show, Ringside stays in the lane of research and educational support from Triangle, with no diagnosing, treating or prescribing. Decisions about your health belong to you and your clinicians.
Does Ringside pair with the assistant I already use, like ChatGPT, Claude or Grok?
It does. Pairing uses Ringside's MCP link, https://app.trianglehealth.com/mcp, after which Triangle's consent screen lets you choose what the assistant can read or change. For a pairing guide per assistant, see trianglehealth.com/agents.
How does Ringside protect my readings and records?
From a night's sleep data to a lab report, everything is encrypted at rest and in transit by Triangle, a HIPAA-compliant company. Ringside never sells your data or lends it to advertisers, and your profile stays visible only to the people you add.
Which rings, watches and other devices work with Ringside?
Oura, Garmin and Whoop are on the list, along with Fitbit, Polar, Withings and Samsung Health, and the Dexcom and FreeStyle Libre glucose sensors. Once a device is connected, its readings sit next to your records.
Will Ringside coach me or build a training plan?
No. Ringside puts your readings next to your medical records and helps you understand those records. Training plans, sleep programs and coaching aren't part of it.
If a reading shifts around the time a lab result changes, did one cause the other?
Not necessarily. Seeing two things side by side doesn't show cause and effect; that's a conversation for your doctor, and Ringside helps you prepare questions for it.
